I walked in off the street & was able to get my ears pierced right away. Very friendly, gave me all the info and appraised me of everything as she went along!

Took my 3 year old niece to get her ears pieced for the first time. Within 48hrs both earrings fell out!! The ladies would not give my money back, and would only offer a discount for another ear piercing. They blamed a 3 year old for the faulty earrings

Horrible service for my girlfriend, she felt belittled by the staff when she went for an appointment. People always do before and afters but every time she goes for self care nobody does for her because she is native. Very racist and rude vibes

Whenever I'm at Merle Normans I always have a great experience there. The staff there are wonderful, there always so friendly and make me feel very welcome. Overall its a great place to be and I'll definitely be going back!Would highly recommended going there!

I booked a pedicure and explained that I was jumpy and nervous and had ticklish feet - NOT the best combination for a pedicure!I cannot say enough good things about this experience.A private room, calming environment and such caring staff. I am hooked on Merle Norman Day Spa and already booked my next pedicure!

I came form Alberta with nails that were in desperate need of a fill, I called this morning and they got me in this afternoon! Great place and the staff were very friendly with not only myself but also my 8yr old. Hailey did a awesome job with my nails, 5 stars all the way!

I've been 3 or 4 times now, and I really enjoy my visits. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The only complaint I have is that the 'buyer' for the merchandise in front - well, her taste is just too good!! LOL I see sooo many things that appeal to me!
